We are looking for an engineering manager to lead the engineering team of our corporate travel vertical.

ROLE : Engineering Manager

LOCATION : Bangalore

  • You have a proven track record of building and leading software engineering teams building platforms, API and microservices that delivers scale, high availability and security.

  • Your focus would be balanced between releasing new features while keeping the quality bar high in term of engineering practices.

  • Should have 5+ years of experience in building and operating scalable, distributed platforms and microservices with 1+ years of managing and growing teams.
  • Should have expertise in one or more frameworks like Django.
  • Expert in distributed systems, microservices and database optimizations.
  • Knowledge of data structures, OOP, and computer fundamentals.
  • Collaborate and work in a start-up environment and go the extra mile.
  • Passionate to solve challenges, take ownership and learn rapidly along the way.
  • Looking for challenges and not chilled out work environment
  • Good to have: Prior experience in the B2B/Travel tech domain (Fights)
