Role : GTM Compensation & Rewards Management, Lead
Exp: 4-8 years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HAPPAY’s GTM employees’ commission plans
  • Complete calculation, distribution and processing of quarterly commissions using Compensation Automation Tool in specific (Everstage, Xactly, etc.)
  • Work comfortably around multiple data sources like Google Sheets, CRM
    (Salesforce), Billing Engine, etc. to further improve & streamline the compensation management piece.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Data Analytics, Legal, People Ops and HR on commission design and letters
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in the compensation calculation process with minimal manual intervention
  • Managing the implementation/enhancements and administration of the compensation management tool end to end.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in working with compensation for go-to-market teams
  • CA or Finance background would be preferred.
  • Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, data modelling, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of commission structures & processes both from designing and execution perspective
  • Attention to detail and good problem solving skills with number crunching ability on huge data sets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well with
    cross-functional teams in not only training them through the structures but also handle objections related to payouts.
  • Bonus points for:
    Prior experience in working in Revenue Operations/Sales Operations in B2B SaaS
    Experience with setting up & use of commission calculation tools (Evertstage, Xactly, Visdum, etc.) and related ecosystem (tools that commission tool will integrate with)
    Knowledge and experience in B2B SaaS organisation in construction of pricing strategies and its alignment to the compensation structures and calculation.
