Role : GTM Enablement
Location : Bangalore
Exp: 3+ years

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps to strengthen teams’ ability to position our value offerings well in front of prospective clients through various channels
  • Organize a wide range of various initiatives, enablement sessions and projects on automation tools and workflows such as sales cycle, adoption walkthrough, policy check, Happay pricing calculator etc. for various teams
  • Maintain constructive communication with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Implementation etc. & provide technical services and solutions
  • Effective planning and facilitation of sessions on currently used CRM- Salesforce and various Happay solutions (T&E, Petty Cash, Tax Benefits, Happay Cards)
  • Contribute to maintaining Playbooks(educational content) containing standard processes, guidelines and best practices up-to-date for the various teams
  • Conduct thorough onboarding & continuous training sessions for all GTM Functions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, conflict-resolution and collaboration abilities with multiple stakeholders
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and data post enablement sessions. Measure the effect of the
    sessions on sales cycle, ramp up period, project life cycle, product life cycle, etc.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports on the latest SAAS industry trends and thus impart them to adopt and implement the best practices in the organization
  • Performing competitor’s analysis to understand where we fall short/long and train the teams on leveraging these into successful closures
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, BD, product, legal, project management teams etc.
  • Work closely with product marketing team to develop resources and tools that will aid GTM teams engage well with prospects and clients
  • Work with GTM teams to understand the gaps and enable them in the implementation of Go-To-Market strategies in their respective markets.
  • To be proactive in guiding & training on business development, sales, implementation processes, strategies or tools like CRM, Compensation tools, Sales Navigator, etc. to the different teams
  • Create and put into practice a long-term success vision for the organization by running best practices

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Management (or related field)
  • 3+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization (preferably B2B) in sales or sales, enablement, or learning and development of GTM functions.
  • Prior experience in coordinating & planning with key stakeholders in the organization to execute the objectives/initiatives successfully.
  • Profound understanding of CRMs, sales process & sales life cycle in the organization
  • Must be data driven and detail oriented in approach
  • Must be able to prioritize the tasks and streamline processes and operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
