Role Definition:
ROLE : Team Lead- Product Onboarding
LOCATION : Delhi/ Bangalore
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years
- Managing distributed teams and SaaS platform deliveries. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to project requirements.
- Must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls while leading and demonstrating value-add principles to a team.
- Instil best practices around delivery techniques, architectural design, maximum reuse, application integration, performance, reliability, manageability.
- Provide clear and crisp status updates into weekly projects – program governance updates and meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered within a mutually agreed scope and timeline.
- Ability to understand all technical aspects of the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to internal stakeholders
- Work with the distributed program – project delivery leads to enhanced development processes to support the evolution of the team’s ways of working.
- Work closely with Engineering, Solution Consulting and Product teams during requirement gathering and documentation phase to understand/ establish the scope of development work in projects.
- 3+ years of experience leading and delivering projects to high standards and managing high-value accounts
- Must have a proven track record in successfully building, configuring and deploying enterprise SaaS in a complex technology environment
- Good communication and ability to handle difficult clients
- Strong mentorship experience with delivery team members, providing strategies, guidance, and best practices for implementation.
- Project Management skills – project plans, reporting, handling delivery teams.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ability to identify process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time-saving
- Proven ability to operate with authority and take critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
- Should have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies
